Description

A super-pale hot-pink barely-there hue. Crunchy bright and intense aromatics of chilled red apple skin, fresh mulberry, dawn’s cranberries, violets after rain, a perfectly scented carnation in a lapel’s buttonhole, daphne in early Spring. Here there is grip and mouthfeel yet also a long and very clean channel of acidity, sluicing everything to palate’s lingering end. The textured and intense fruit qualities of red apple sorbet and raspberry ice cream marry well with said acidity and texture, making for a balanced pink wine that is not too much but not too little. A perfect Summer’s perfect partner and also an imperfect Summer’s antidote to the odd beastly hot or humid day.
It is impossible to over-chill this cureall, and thanks to its keen balance of composite parts - acid, fruit, texture - it
greets all foodstuffs as if old friends.
