Still I Rise is a celebration of tenacity and this juicy Shiraz shoots for the moon. Hand-picked from two neighbouring, bio-dynamically operated McLaren Vale vineyards, it is matured for 15 months in French & American Oak, with 30% new American Oak. This Shiraz is big in fruit, but balanced by soft tannin & acid, giving the wine a very smooth and lengthy finish. The complex structure reveals deep cherry and spice characteristics followed by decadent dark chocolate.
